Jeff and I started dreaming about all of the bicycles and bicycle-related things we would acquire as our family grew before we were even married. Throughout pregnancy we would notice other family's bike trailers and liked the idea of having one for both jogging and riding. While I was doing research to find the perfect trailer I stumbled upon the Chariot Cougar 1. It seemed too good to be true and I knew it was everything we had ever wanted. Fortunately we were able to acquire this trailer courtesy of KSL (similar to craigslist) from someone in Salt Lake. We chose this particular trailer for many reasons: it has the capability to house multiple attachments (like a jogging stroller, regular stroller and even cross country skies...pretty wild, we know), it collapses to accommodate our limited living space and most importantly, it has the option for an infant sling. That means we can take our little munchkin with us running or riding. Hello family bikes rides and mother-daughter/father-daughter adventures.
Jeff took Wendy for her first bike ride a few blocks down to the grocery store to test it out at the beginning of August. It was a successful trip. We've been on quite a few family rides since that maiden voyage and it has been so fun. Nothing could makes us happier than taking our little girl on a bike ride. She loves it more and more each time we take her out. We think she was born into the right family since she is loving it so much.

I have to say that looks like a totally awesome ride Miss Wendy. What nice parents you have to take you out for lovely bike rides.
