World's Tallest Thermometer

A week ago the World's Tallest Thermometer, located in Baker California, was lit up for the first time in two years.  Dad and I have been a little sad as we have seen it dark the last few years and in disrepair a few years before that.  The temperature guessing game that our family religiously participated in really seemed to break up the long drive from State Line to the Cajon Pass.  Dad and I will be driving by in the not-to-distance future.  You might be receiving a text for your guess!!!  Good article describing the restoration can be found here.
