Turtle Wall

We spent a few days down in St. George at the end of February for Jeff to attend the annual conference hosted by the Utah Art Education Association. After the Thursday session, Jeff and I ventured out on the Chuckwalla Trail and found ourselves some fun routes to climb near the Turtle Wall (which can be seen in the first photo). It was so refreshing to be outside and to have a nice little spot all to ourselves. It was the first time I used my newly acquired maternity harness and it was great! Jeff did really well climbing, as usual, and we still don't know what the routes were rated (which is kind of nice). That was our adventure for the weekend. We were tempted to make a trip out to Zion's National Park, but our stay was pretty packed with all things conference-related. Jeff presented twice and did a magnificent job! It was fun to see him in action and acting out his role as "Mr. Cornwall". We didn't document the entire trip very well (namely the conference) but are happy to have pictures of our fun outing on the trail.
