I am officially the newest employee at Northstar cafe in Columbus. It was kind of an arduous process: 3 interviews with 3 levels of managers, and a four hour preview shift, and then a five day wait to hear back. But it's official. The cafe itself is a breakfast/brunch place that serves organic food. Spencer and I have been here a few times, and we've been scheming for me to work here since before I left for Thailand.
I have orientation next Monday, and I'll start officially next week. And don't you worry, I'll be sure to take pictures of me in my little outfit. Stay tuned. Spencer and I are feeling really blessed to both be in good working positions.
What an amazing looking place. I am hoping to eat there some day soon!!! Congratulations. We would love to see you in your uniform.
ReplyDeleteWay to go Rachy. Now I have two great reasons to come to Ohio. 1) Sleeping on a cool green couch and 2) A discount, or at least very friendly personal service at a cool restaurant.
