12 months!

 Here are some fun shots of our last monthly photo shoot.  Emary was excited to see the futon all set up for a photo shoot with her bear.  She kept asking to be picked up and put in position.  It was so cute!  We love our little Emary. 

 Above is Emarys squishy face, as we refer to it.  She makes it all the time.  People just eat it up.  Its pretty adorable!

 Below is the year in review.  I can't believe there was ever a time without Emary yet I can't believe 12 months have passed so quickly.  She is so happy, silly and sweet. 

This month for Emary:

Anytime someone says the word prayer Emary folds her arms and often bows her head and begins to mumble as if saying prayer.  Its so fun!

She loves to dance and has really chosen twirling as her personal favorite move.

She says lots of words (when she wants to)

She says and signs fish, all done and more

She says Dada and Mama

She says quack quack for a duck and Roars for a dinosaur, lion or any monsters inc characters.

She says Papa and a mix of nana and mama for grandma.

She says batat for Bennett

She says dadada for din-o-saur (I like that one)

She says book, chip, cracker, baby, milk and a few more.

Emary absolutely loves reading books.  She will pick up any book and bring it over to you, then turn around and sit on your lap for you to read it to her.  It is so cute.

She loves wearing hats, in fact if you tell her something is a hat and put it on her head she will keep it there until it falls off- lids, burp cloths, clothes etc.  Its amazing how steady she is.

She still amazes people with how small she is yet how sturdy on her feet.

Emary is a very confident little lady.

She loves to crawl under or over anything.

She loves hiding.

She points to everything and anything she wants when she doesn't feel like talking or doesn't know the words.

She loves to growl.

If someone is laughing Emary will join in no matter what. She loves to laugh and doesn't really need a reason.  In fact the other day we were driving and all of a sudden we hear this really loud laugh.  Then we laugh and she does it again.  And these laughs are loud, very loud!!  It is hilarious.  

When she isn't laughing on her own Bennett can get her to laugh harder than anyone.  Since she began to laugh she had a very specific little lamb sounding laugh that comes out when she is really laughing.  Bennett can bring that laugh out all the time.  Its so fun to hear them laughing hysterically at eachother!  We love it! 

Her personality is so magnetic.  She draws people in all the time.  

Everyone watches her and smiles at her.  She is so sweet!
She sings along when I sing her I am a Child of God each night.
She also sings along with the wheels on the bus.

We love Emary.  She is beyond what we could every imagine a sweet little girl would be.  She is so amazing.  She is so snuggly and sweet.  She loves to give kisses.  Once she starts her mwa she hands one out to everyone in the room.  She is so much fun.  We feel so blessed to have this ray of sunshine in our home.  She truly lights up our lives daily!!
