| What a great activity to do on the way to the airport - go to the Oakland Temple Grounds. I had never been - it is quite a complex and overlooks the entire bay and San Francisco. |

| We walked around the grounds - they were beautiful. |

| Had a tour of the Visitor's Center - the kids even got Missionary Badges. |

| There is a terrace on the second level of the temple - we walked all around and enjoyed the beauty of the day. |

Beautiful setting in that little corner of the world. It is made all the more lovely with the lovely folks in the photos perusing the grounds.
ReplyDeleteThat really is a gorgeous temple grounds. It is lovely to see such pure little creatures walking around such a lovely place. (and by pure, i don't mean that they won't - on occasion - be a little messy with a tasty lunch.)
ReplyDeleteI really like that temple. I had the opportunity to visit on that infamous trip to San Francisco. That was definitely a highlight.
