Thursday's activities at Girls Camp included the traditional, "treacherous" hike.
The path led up hills and down hillsand eventually along the course of a small stream.
The final destination was scenic Jenks Lake(reportedly renowned for on-site filming of the original Parent Trap)
The canoers were an anxious lot.
The scenery on the return hike was worth all the effort.
