In answer to Mom's comment re: a Monrovia In-n-Out: The Mayor said in her State of the City address in January that In-n-Out, as approved by the City Council last fall, is on it's way. When first announced it was said that Monrovian's would be enjoying Double-doubles by July. Don't know if that is still possible.
