We were able to take a trip to New York this weekend.
It was a long drive from Boston so Bennett of course had to bring some of his favorite reading material. Since he knew there was going to be artwork to see he decided he should study up on his colors.
We were lucky enough to visit with Aunt Rachel and some of her very nice friends. Here are the

I thought I would take a pictureof Grays Papaya because I remember hearing about it on a movie and I thought only California had stuff from movies.....like outdoor corridors and famous high schools....etc

Bennett enjoyed being carted around by Aunt Rachel, he was glad they were able to catch up. We loved seeing Rachel and are so glad she took the time to be with us!
So Jealous!!!! Nice Morris Louis painting there in the background. I'm sure Spencer told you all about it.

ReplyDeleteYou Robb Cornwalls were soooooo nice to trek down to NYC and see Rachy. I am so glad for both of you that you were able to spend some time together. I think it was great in any case but also it will be a while until you "R" buddies will be together again. (Maybe Bennett will be able to carry Rachel around by then the way that little guy is growing!) It is fun to see some photos of Rachel in NYC and it is fun to see you Conn. Cornwalls with her.
ReplyDeleteCrikey that was fun. And yes yes, Spencer was - as usual - plenty chatty about the art. I feel so blessed that it worked out, and not only am I going through withdrawals about new york, but also about Bennett BOY!!!!
