334 days from today. I know what you are thinking. Too many snow days have made me go loco. I can not deny that it has, but I can also affirm that it has given me more time than I could ever need. So I decided to do some research. A few in the family have talked about wanting to go have another Rose Parade Experience. We talked about how fun that would be for next year, but that the 1st falls on a Sunday. For those of you that are Math and Numbers people you have concluded that I am not because 334 days from now is not the 1st of January but the 2nd. In my free time today, and wanting to find warm places to be during the winter, I looked up the Rose Parade here, they don't have a count down to the 1st but for the 2nd. I was thinking that the Rose Parade and the Rose Bowl go hand in hand, plus I remember Dad saying that the last time it fell on a Sunday it ended up on a Monday. And the fact that Sundays are normally reserved for the NFL. So to make a long story short I think it would be fun if we plan a Big Party in Rachels Honor and go to the Parade Route. I'm talking Marshmallows, Tortillas, and Silly String. And since we are 334 days away we might as well throw in there that we hope BYU goes to the Rose Bowl and we can go to the game after the parade. And Marybeth and I decided we will sacrifice and sell parking spaces as well, and let everyone else enjoy the pre-parade festivities. Im not sure of everyones plans but hey if this is not advance notice I am not sure what is.
