Marmee holds the family together through fun and trial while father is at the war. We get a peek inside this strong mother of the March family in the beginning of the story in a quite moment when she shares her heart.
Friday night's show (really opening night for Sarah's cast) was sensational. It was a sell-out crowd, packed into the aisles. 30 were there just to see OUR little woman.
Today is full with Little Women. Call is at 9:00 am for Sarah and Mom to prepare for the 'tea' prior to the matinee. (Mom can serve 120 with the snap of her fingers it seems.) Then Sarah's cast is at 2:30 pm and the closing show at 7:30 pm.
Holy Mackeral Sarah-Lehn, they should put YOUR voice on that blasted CD. I never . . . EVER(!) listen to that song because I thought it was, well, ugly. But I could listen to you sing that song everyday for the rest.of.my.life.
ReplyDeleteAND, the sets look : GREAT. Really. I am impressed, especially with the fireplace. Oh that papa Tucker (and our own) does a good job.
The Terrills came with their own "little women" - the Bolander girls - who enjoyed the evening - and they are loving listening to the CD as we drive around.
ReplyDelete(Favorite song is the one about Massachusetts!)
