Since I returned from my mission I have greatly desired to have a Digital SLR camera. My budget was no where near supportive. With working a lot this summer, I decided it was time. So for the past couple months I have been doing extensive research deciding which camera would suit my needs best and finding what was a reasonable price. I checked Craigslist and Ebay everyday. I would discuss with my financial/camera consultant (Dad) on a regular basis. Finally one night I saw a good deal on a Canon Xti and bid following council to just put the max bid you are willing to pay and just walk away. I did so thinking I would get outbid has had occurred previously. The time crept away and I remained the highest bidder. With under a minute no had yet to bid above my initial bid. With mere seconds someone tried to steal it away from me, but their bid was not high enough. I Won! Intense excitement and worry surged within me. I was nervous that the description was not accurate, that it was somehow faulty and the seller was not completely honest for I did get it for quite the steal deal. I had hope that my efforts in research payed off and God sent me the best deal of my life. After a week of Pay Pal processing and a week of shipping today was the expected delivery date. I received a text message from my roommate Sully while at work this morning at about 10:45 informing me that a packaged had arrived. I rushed home afterwards and found it on my bed. After thorough inspection I report that it is in near perfect condition. There is no major wear that I can see. It came battery charged and all. Watch out! Jeff's back in digital action. Many, many more posts to follow.
P.S. I bought a bag today: Ten bucks - T.J. Max
