This morning on the radio Dad heard an interesting special report on NPR. He wanted to share it - click here. You can read it or listen to it.We can all thank our sweet Mom at 336 for making sure we had the blessings of the Magic of Family Dinner in our home - and still do.
p.s. Who would want to miss a crumb of Mom's wonderful cooking anyway?
THANK YOU MOM!!!! In my Home and Family Living Class last year there was a whole chapter on the importance of Family Dinner. It truly is so important. Thanks for the time and effort it took mom and dad to have family dinner together every night.
ReplyDeleteI think dad gets so much credit. Every day I call him and tell him what is the best time for dinner for the girls and 99% of the time he makes it whether it is at 5:15 or 7:15. THANKS DAD!!
ReplyDeleteGreat NPR clip!! (I commented before I listened!!)
ReplyDeleteI actually heard that this morning. I listened with a smirk in my heart, and realizing a scientific justification for not only our family's health (there were links to eating disorders in families that missed out,) but we're also super smart and oh-so functional!
