Hidden Treasures in the House
Today we started moving things into the house. The carpets were dry so we could put things where they needed to go. The first two pictures are me and Paisley relaxing on our cute new basement furniture. While we were looking in one of the storage rooms downstairs we found an awesome sword. This is Jason's new favorite thing and he plans on using it as a prop in a future movie. Oh the fun hidden treasures you can find in a new house!! Tonight is our last night in the hotel and we are celebrating with ice cream. Tomorrow we start our new life as homeowners actually living in our home!! We are very excited!
That all looks spectacularly great. What a comfy looking basement. Since Jason pulled excaliber out that must mean he has rights to be king of that kingdom and castle. Hail, Sir Jason, Queen Stefanie and Princess Paisley.

Does that sword have a story - is there still some blood on it or something??? Maybe the past owners wanted to leave it behind???
ReplyDeleteYay! Look at that amazing basement. I love the furniture. I am glad you kept the pictures and decor on the end table as well. I love brown and blue...I am still getting Robb to warm up to it but once he sees these pictures I know it won't be hard. How exciting. I am with Mom C. Keep the photos coming. ReplyDeleteAlthough Marybeth is right 99.9 percent of the time that leaves .1 of error. and that happened today in showong the pictures of the house. It is an amazing house but we are not yet at that stage. The basement looks great, looks like a fun hang out spot and a spot that family can come and stay for the night!!! (wink wink) Mom talk to me about the blood thing on the sword and we had a good laugh, iI would make sure to check it too, to see if there are any remnents of blood that were not washed off.
