I always remember the Flamingos from when we used to take you kids when you were small. That was always one of the first things that we got to see. They seemed even more colorful than in the past.
My favorite part of the zoo was the Bird Show. It was amazing and informative. Many of the exhibits were closed but I am really glad that we made the trek to this and were able to get great seats.

ReplyDeleteIt is funny, b/c that zoo has not changed much over the last 20 years or soo. I still remember a picture of me standing in front of the very same flamingos, maybe not the very same but some of the very same, in the same spot that is with Tyler C. Marybeth even recognized a few places when we went, which was not that long ago, but you guys seemed to have a fun time and SNOW CONES? You can not go wrong with a few of those. I heard it was warm. So I am glad that you could cool off
ReplyDeleteI like Robbie remember trips to the ZOO mostly from pictures. Now Paisley will remember this trip when she is in college because of pictures that you took. I am glad technology enables us to keep memories.
