Nursery Checklist

Next month Paisley will be old enough to go to nursery alone. Paisley and I are frequent visitors to nursery now because she can't stay in Sunday School and instead of wandering halls we go into nursery. We thought receiving a checklist for entering nursery was so funny. It includes a list of how to prepare Paisley for nursery as well as symptoms and disease that would disqualify her for attending nursery that week. We just had to share this!

  1. It is a major milestone to have a child hit the Nursery. Oh, boy! Little miss Paisley Ann is really growing up.

  2. Our baby is going to nursery - I can't believe it. Quite a list, I don't know if they have ever handed that out in our ward. I remember when each of our kids went to nursery, it was relief coupled with sadness. Thanks for sharing Stef!!

  3. I am never having a dog!! We are house sitting again, and he kept whinning till I let him out side, Anyway....

Now this has gone too far, a check list? really? is this the case in every ward? I think about half of those could have been narrowed down to remind your child about nursery. The nursery leaders are pretty strict, they are there to watch your kids but not take care of them, which makes sense. That is fun to have your baby all grown up. Before you know it she will be married and out of the house. Just teasing, Paisley won't get married for a long time. (I say that in reference to the fact that you don't want her to, not she won't b/c she is not cute enough or something like that, b/c we all know that is not true

  4. I wish all parents would adhere to the don't bring your sick child to nursery rules. I hate hearing that some kid got sick from being at church. Congratulations on hitting that milestone
